Terms and Conditions of Sale and Services
Welcome to SUBTLE.
By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. We’ve kept them clear, fair, and intentional.
Orders & Acceptance
All orders placed on our website are subject to availability and confirmation. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order acknowledgment. This acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.
An order is considered accepted only once it has been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected misuse, or violations of these terms. In such instances, any amount paid will be refunded in full.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may be updated periodically without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.
Payments are securely processed through authorised third-party payment gateways. House of Subtle does not store or have access to your card, banking, or payment credentials.
Product Representation
We make every effort to display product colours, textures, and details as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in lighting, screen calibration, and the nature of fabrics, slight differences may occur.
Such variations are not defects but a natural characteristic of thoughtfully sourced materials.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, imagery, graphics, and design elements is the intellectual property of House of Subtle. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
House of Subtle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products beyond their intended purpose.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
