Return & Exchange Policy
Can I return or exchange a product?
At the moment, we do not offer refunds or returns. If the product you have purchased is not to your liking, we are happy to offer an exchange in the form of a single-use coupon code, provided the request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
Please ensure that the product is unused, unwashed, free of any odour, and returned in its original packaging with all original tags and labels intact. All returned items undergo a quality check upon arrival. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the product does not meet these conditions.
Our exchange policy window is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If this period has passed, unfortunately, requests made after this period cannot be accommodated.
Once your request is approved, a single-use coupon code will be issued and sent to your registered email address. This coupon code will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue and can be used to purchase any item from our store. After the validity period expires, the coupon code will be automatically deactivated and cannot be extended, reused, or reissued.
How does the return or exchange process work?
STEP 1: Ship the product back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Return shipping charges will need to be borne by the customer.
STEP 2: Once we receive the returned parcel, the product will be reviewed through a quality check.
STEP 3: If approved, we will issue a single-use coupon code to your registered email address.
The coupon code will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Please note that once the validity period expires, the coupon code will be automatically deactivated and cannot be reinstated, reused, or extended.
