RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We approach returns the same way we approach design — thoughtfully and without excess.
Returns & Exchanges
At present, we do not offer refunds.
If a product is not to your liking, we offer an exchange in the form of store credit, provided the request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange Eligibility
Products must:
- Be unused and unwashed
- Be free from odour, stains, or damage
- Be returned in original packaging
- Have all tags and labels intact
All returns undergo quality inspection.
Approval is at the sole discretion of subtle.
Store Credit
- Issued only after QC approval
- Valid for 15 days from issue
- Non-transferable
- Cannot be extended or redeemed for cash
Exchange Process
- Ship the product back within 7 days
- Product undergoes quality inspection
- Store credit issued if approved
Return shipping is borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
Incorrect Product Received
If you receive an incorrect item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear images of product and packaging
If verified, return shipping will be handled by us.
Damaged Packages / Transit Damage
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- Record an unboxing video where possible
- Contact us within 24 hours
- Share supporting images or videos
Transit damage claims are reviewed case-by-case.
Manufacturing Defects
If a manufacturing fault is verified:
- Return shipping is borne by subtle.
- Replacement or store credit offered, subject to availability
If no defect is found, the exchange may be declined.
Damage After Use or Washing
Damage after use, washing, or improper care is not considered a defect.
Each case is reviewed individually.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours, provided they have not been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Approved cancellations are issued as store credit.
Sale Items
All sale items are final and not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or cancellation.
