How can I track my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Approved cancellations will be issued in the form of a single-use coupon code, which will be sent to your registered email address and will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Will sold-out items return?

Some pieces may be restocked, but many are produced in limited quantities by design and may not return. If there’s something you have your eye on, we recommend securing it while it’s available.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes detailed fit notes, model height and size references, and fabric behaviour to help guide your decision. Our Size Guide provides additional clarity on how each garment is intended to fit. All SUBTLE. pieces are designed in a relaxed fit, we recommend selecting your usual size without sizing up or down. What if I receive a faulty or damaged product?

Every product goes through a quality check before dispatch. However, if you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team on WhatsApp at +91 9960552292 within 24 hours of delivery.

Kindly share clear images or videos of the product along with the packaging, so we can assess the issue. Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

If the defect is verified, we will assist you with a replacement or issue a single-use coupon code, depending on product availability. The coupon code will be sent to your registered email address and will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

What if I receive the wrong product?

What if the package arrives damaged?

If your parcel appears damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend recording an unboxing video and capturing clear images. Please share these with our support team within 24 hours. Each case is reviewed individually and we will assist you accordingly.

What if the product gets damaged after use or washing?

If your product shows damage within 15 days of delivery despite following the care instructions provided, please contact our support team on WhatsApp at +91 9960552292 with images and details. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Please note that normal wear and tear, improper handling, or damage caused due to incorrect washing or care is not considered a manufacturing defect.
